Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, with all original factory shrink-wrap/seals intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@packrotcg.com. Please note that approved returns will need to be sent to our return address provided upon request.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of Trading Card Games (TCG) and market price fluctuations, certain items strictly cannot be returned once shipped:

• Opened or Tampered Sealed Products: Any Booster Boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs), Tins, Collection Boxes, or Booster Packs where the original factory shrink-wrap or security seal has been broken, removed, or tampered with.
• Single Cards & Graded Cards: To prevent card swapping, counterfeit submissions, or returns based on market price volatility, all sales of Individual Single Cards and Graded Cards (e.g., PSA, BGS, CGC) are final and non-refundable.
• Digital Goods & Gift Cards: Digital code cards and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (subject to our return policy), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. However, the item must remain strictly unopened, with all original factory shrink-wrap/seals intact, and in its original packaging. Exceptions for sealed TCG products, single cards, and market-volatile goods still apply once unsealed.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
